The maiz-counseling center is very close to the main station, opposite the Volksgarten. You can get to us by streetcar 1, 2, 3 or 4, if you get off at the Goethekreuzung stop. We are in the passage building on the 1st floor.

Our offers are mostly for free and anonymous.

• Streetwork: We visit sex workers directly at their places of work – in bars and clubs in Upper Austria – and we bring work materials with us. We are open to all your questions and suggestions when we come to visit you!

• Information and counselling: Sex workers and migrant women can get information and counselling (e.g. questions about work, residency, training and education, health, divorce, children, debt, insurance, accommodation, counselling for the beginning of the activity and change in sex work, working online, info on escort activities) in various languages (German, Spanish, Romanian, English, Portuguese etc.). Our services are free and anonymous. You can either call to make an appointment or just drop by. Counseling for us means looking for ways to improve the life and work situations of migrant women* together.

• Are you seeking advice on independent escorting, porn or how to move into another area of the sex industry? Contact us and we can put you in contact with someone who can share their experience.

• We can also accompany you to public authorities, to court, to doctors‘ appointments, etc. if you don‘t want to go alone

• Training & Group Activities: We offer various workshops throughout the year. If you are interested, you can simply call or write to us and we will inform you about current offerings.

PreQual Course (free): Pre-qualification course for health and care professions (duration 5 months, yearly from September until February).
